The purpose of the Immunization Campaign application is to support VA providers in managing veteran immunizations. The app includes assessments of needed veteran immunizations, consent form completion, immunization lot number (dose, site, etc.) documentation, and side effect assessment. The inputs from the mobile application will be stored in the patient's EHR.
